Advisor – Voice (RCC)
Location:
Lucknow 2 – LDA Colony, Uttar Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions as per assigned roster and service parameters.
Take complete ownership of customer calls and ensure satisfactory resolution.
Provide solution-based responses using appropriate tone and language.
Educate customers about products and services wherever possible.
Stay updated on product knowledge, systems, and company policies.
Record and maintain customer information accurately.
Resolve queries within defined timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support outbound campaigns as per business needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and loyalty.
Follow all company and contact center policies, processes, and compliance norms.
Qualification:
Minimum 10+2 or Graduation in any discipline.
Skills:
Good communication skills in local language and English.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong customer service mindset.
Problem-solving and attention-to-detail.
Technical orientation and adaptability to systems.
Experience:
6 months to 2 years of experience required.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer service process is mandatory.
Salary:
As per company norms (competitive with performance-based incentives).
